We will be undertaking a scheduled server upgrade starting at 19:00 UTC (18-05-2023) for various regions in a staggered manner. The upgrade window will start on 18/05/2023 from 19:00 UTC and will last for approximately 12 hours.
Servers will be upgraded in a region wise manner with the updates for the given region occurring late at night or early in the morning depending on your timezone. Each upgrade is expected to last approximately 30 minutes. Please see below for when to expect your region to be affected:
Australia and Southeast Asia 18/5/2020 0600 - 0630 am AEST / 19:00 -19:30 UTC
West Europe 19/5/2023 0100 - 0130 am WET / 00:00 - 00:30 UTC
East US 19/5/2023 0300 - 0330 am ET / 19:00 - 19:30 UTC
Canada Central 19/5/2023 0100 - 0130 am CST / 19:00 - 19:30 UTC
Please avoid using the application during the upgrade as you may see error messages or calculations may fail.
